Java bakery is Saipan's first drive through bakery and coffee shop. After years of Sarah Fryling's obsessive baking, she decided she would follow her dream and open a bakery. Being a mother of 2, she decided it needed to be something quick and easy for people to get to on their way into work or on their lunch break. Attending college in Alaska sparked the idea of having a drive through in a shipping container, that way traffic could go on either side. After doing catering for a year building her clientele, Java bakery Drive Thru opened on June 16th, 2014.
This Wednesday, April 29, Java Bakery will have its soft re opening! Our hours are 6:30am- 11am to start, and we will be increasing them in the coming weeks. Can't wait to see you Wednesday!
